AutoRun in Media.pk2

Ive found a function in the Media.pk2 above the Autoselect, i dont know what this function do. Can someone say me for what the AutoRun is?

Nothing. iirc, the people at silkroadsecrets (Synx and Babbe) contacted Joymax about it a while ago and they replied that it doesn't have a use yet.

why should joymax say the trueness to any coders who looked for it in the pk2?

Do you really think that something that has been in the client many years now , with some actual use, wouldn't have attracted some attention?
