iPhone 5c Fehler

Hab ein iPhone 5c gekauft was als Defekt deklariert wurde.
Is komplett schwarz, keine schäden am Display.. Beim einstecken am pc wird es erkannt, und beim zurücksetzen hängt es sich auf sobald der Apfel kommt mit den Ladebalken..

Und was genau ist nun dein Problem oder deine Frage? Was es sein könnte?

Kannst du das Gerät im DFU Modus versetzen und so zurücksetzen oder klappt das auch nicht?
