Need help of a master.. Please assist me with this problem

Hi there y'all. i just recently got this problem with silkroad,
i've been playing this game for like 3 or maybe 4 years and i have about 16 accounts never had a problem with this game.. im already looking for several months how to fix this bug/problem.. i contacted the help line of silkroad and they told me several times to reinstall silkroad,
well.. i reinstalled silkroad, deleted evreything that has to do with it..
used RegistryMedic for this. but it's still not fixed.
just to show u what my problem is.. just look at this

tryed alot of things to get this fixed.. but it aint worked
i hope somebody can help me.
i already got kicked out of my clan becouse im never online anymore.
we only have 1 computer in this house and my moms dont want me to reinstall windows. WHAT I HAVE TO dOOOO!!! (

is your SRO_Client still in the foldier? your virus protection might of removed it
other than that your firewall or something might be blocking sro_client

yes its there, i gave permission to my firewall, i even tryed deleting virusscanner+firewall.. didnt work.

Download a virus and tell your mom the pc crashed and u can enjoy reinstall windows i think =P but for the rest no idea.. U tried with bot or something too?

it seems like ur patch are not correctly , try to redownload silkroad problably some files are corupted, just try :P
