Got scammed(chargeback)

So me and some guy made a deal.He charged silk to my acc.After the deal he charged silk back and 1 acc is banned 2nd one aint banned yet.

What should I do?
I read that u can get unbanned if u talk to company that made silkcharge,credit card(moneybookers if im correct) and make them contact joymax support and send money again.That would be all cool if I am the owner of credit card/moneybookers acc wich was it charged.

So any ideas guys?

It happend to me once . I lost 100$ due to paypal's fault.My account is still banned even though I called Joymax and Paypal and explained the situation.

Never let anyone else charge silk on your acc. Thats just dumb.
The only thing you can do is paying the money for that silk if Joymax asks you to do so. If they dont even react to any email or smth you cant get your acc unbanned.

Talk to a paypal employee from their Support team, explain the situation, and tell him to redo the transaction with the money from your paypal account (if you have one OR better yet, if you want to pay), then ask joymax to check the transaction, if they get the money they do unban you.

Keep in mind: if you don't pay, you don't get your account ever back.

This is 100%. I have done it aswell due to a ****** who bought a char from me, i used a part of $ for silk, then the clown chargedback after he took my char.
So i had to remake the payment from my own money to get the char i charged silk to unbanned.
