Thumbs up Chargeback

Who is chargebacking their donations from ECSRO? Who did it already? Who is planning to do it soon? Who will wait? How much have you donated?

you fool, it doesnt work.
You must sent them the correct amount of $ it requires,
if you send less it just wont work.

Why would anyone try to charge back a "donation"?? When you give money to someone with no expectations in return, how could you try to take that money back?

Well they weren't technically donations, they were more of "donations."

Does ECSRO explicitly say all payments are donations, if so charge back shouldn't be done like -Chernobyl stated. If it isn't notified clear enough that every payment is an donation there is room left for debate if this should be done or not.

I think there are 2 sides of this story.

1: those so called "donations" that actualy were payments for items and stuff.
2: or somebody actualy did selflessly donate money expecting nothing.

In both scenarios it wouldn`t be quite ethical() to do a charback, simply because in the first case - When you gave the money, ocean didn`t promise anything (the server will work - forever.) it`s all your fault.

And in the secound case - as people stated earlier - it`s a donation. In real life when you donate e.g. to a homeless person - i don`t really think you would eventualy ask for that money back.
