A private server is silkroad owned by a private organization, sorta like a private school.

GM's will be whoever is part of the organization

Yes, just a like a normal server they can only hold a certain amount of people.

Private servers usually have only 1 server (So there isnt an aege, xian etc) and most have a max capacity of 2000-2500 people.

Depending on the private server you play there will be traffic.
