Pvp build, at grinding you will need speed drugs. In Alexandria grinding with force is kinda funny, have seen a force glavier which put 1-2 debuffs, and 1-2 attacks and bang, mob was gone (Alex mobs do have some decent HP so its not like you could easily 1hit them).
However you wont be able to debuff atm Euros with high Holy Spell, so it could get frustrating to getting killed at Pvp due to it. Against players which arent buffed with HolySpell you have to be tricky (1-2 debuffs which are not that useful, as a bait so they use their pills) and you might win.
Overall, im not convinced about Force, also many Forceskilled Chars reskilled to any other tree (Fire-Cold is pretty popular atm); but in the end, its all up to you, your flavour and the money you put into your char
