Good question, i think that best build is as u like to be, and what u wnat to be in game... if u can afford u can have up to 4-5 chars different builds for each ocasion. My opinion is that if.u want to plvl+goldbot+farm other chars u can go with wizards/bards in generaly nukers. If u want to go for vlvl up fast and drops u can get that from bowers, nukers(must have good armors+weapon. ex: pure int s/s) eu also . if u want tanker... well i have a 94 blader full STR+fire(lvl 90)+light(80max) , belive me .. with a good set and weapon+shield i could go and tank 100 ones 3-4chars.. depends on the oponents.. i had good times at pvps, FW, trades u name it, even at grinding places.. all say bladers have low dmg.. hmm come pvp with me.. we will see after i give u some curses how u can handle me
) bowers also.. so each chars have adv and disadvantages...i forgot.. MANY PLAY LIKE CHICKENS.. uses theyr feets not brains , many dunno how to use theyr chars skills acording to the oponents..ITS VERY IMPORTANT! many use skill as they press simply the buttons on keyboard and hope to win... well use brains learn each skill and u will see amazing things. good luck in finding THE ULTIMATE build .
almost forgot.. depends where u play.. i mean CSRO, iSRO, etc... on iSRO for example with the help of a bot u can use all the chars skills as u like the eu ones works great on iSRO.. but on CSRO its harder to use all the skills. U wonder why u say that.. those who plays CSRO knows very well the problems of eu chars with butterfly clicker, autumn.. hard to change weapons... also for bladers... KD and stabs harder to use full of them.. unless u have a payed bot that knows to do that.. but using free ones.. hard.. and for bladers using butterfly .. better avoind KD and stabs.. u will find that u will attack faster with the other skills that the KD and stabs and still get good exp sps etc... on CSRO harder to have eu chars... another reason: high costs to the vigors...
so...where u play also is a factor.
iSRO : Full STR blader 94 fire+light(freezed the char and guild)-reason: imposing a tiket to buy and play, making the servers from software full to make us pay for the dam expensive tiket

Full INT wizard 94 (hacked) - another reason for leaving the idiotic iSRO and for many people who are insulting, scamming, GMs not interested on players, poor customer quality service, imposing tikets and making servers full from software just to sell theexpensively tikets to have acces to game

Full STR bower/blader lvl 98 fire+light - currently preparing for farm

Joymax dind't have any events, well, they were rare atleast.
If the rates are low, and there are no events, well then it's normal bots will appear. But the suppose of eSRO is to have a "iSRO" without bots. So the purpose is to have alot events, more active GM's, ...
And if you dind't know, some events will double XP rate, or even triple it, that's the suppose of events. For having fun ways of leveling, and making it less hard.
An MMORPG isn't made to kill 1 mob and then be lvl 90. As evryone would be a high level and the game would suck AGAIN. However, if 3x rates isn't enough, we will see that in the Open Beta, poeple will be able to comment about the game and if there are to many complains about the rates we could eventually make them a bit higher. But it wont be "100x" rates, as that would f*ck up the server as i said earlyer. Maybe we will have diffirent servers with diffirent rates, who knows ? It's just about finding the right combination. So stop whining about rates, if you don't like them, don't play.
