[Release] Sro Glitches Fixed

Hi, I'm updating this thread with more details fixed/added.
I've tried to get all the known bugs and fix them.
I've worked on clean VSRO files with the PK2 data/map from the Isro client.
They were tested on the Rigid files and they work without issue.
Thanks to everyone who reported/showed bugs and if you know of any other bugs let me know, I can try to fix.
