Unfortunately Theia as well as its auto-login queue is literally ALWAYS full due to the insane number of bots.
The only chance you have of logging in with no wait or being able to gain a spot in the standby queue is if you login within a few minutes/hours after a server maintenance. They occur monthly and the next one should be on
August 27th (+- a few days).
Other than that, you'll notice both the server and standby queue are always full with no exception. If you want to login otherwise, you'll need to use one of these methods:
1.) An instant login ticket. This can be bought from the login screen for 13 silk and grants your account instant access to that particular server for 4 hours.
2.) Have a premium PLUS active on any character on the server. Self explanatory.
3.) Have VIP Silver or higher VIP status on the account. You must BUY and SPEND at least 300 Premium Silk/C-Coin per month to get VIP Silver.
This is the issue with merging servers together again and again... people who use a few characters botting in several different servers to farm as much gold/silk as possible wind up with multiple parties in 1 server in the end. Theia is probably the result of over 40+ original servers merged together by now if you go back and track the 5~6 merge history. Now, half of the "players" have 4~5 parties of bots... insane. Even worse, Joymax reduced the capacity of ISROR servers to 1000 players, which just makes it that much more difficult to login.
