Thanks for sharing my video, much appreciated. Glad you liked it, I wanted to maintain the old level 60 ~ 70 feeling, since I feel like that was the best time Silkroad ever had

Makeing this as close as possible to the game and also fixing the foot in the stairs and many new high res texture? OMG SILKROAD IS GETTING A REMAKE HOLY ****, please make it real

Creator said he wont, but i know how to do all this. I also have a system for this that can allow 500 players at once. I can make it happen, but I dont have all this 3d assets of the map and towns etc.

Ive asked for months if any one wants to share this i can make it happen.

Try it to make it happen and see in which lawsuit this will drag you into.
You cannot expect that no company seeking for cases like this will ignore an UE5 remake without any licence or allowance from the IP holder. They will contact Joymax about this for sure, so they can get paid for it. This or Joymax will do it directly.
Eitherway, not a smart move when releasing a project like this.

If you would read more about this, you will know that this project will never be released, project author said this is was made as just a showcase and learning purposes of gamedev.

I did not say anything about the already existing UE5 project, that it will be released any time soon or at all. Did you misread something?

My literal words were to the guy (Guardians) claiming, that he "could" do such thing and release it.

You're giving too much credit to a random commenter claiming they can remake an MMORPG the size of Silkroad

though you are right, as soon as Joymax sees it he's done for.

EDIT: I was working on an emulator for the League of Legends season 2 client back in 2017–2019 and stopped because of some lawsuit threats.
then Cronos Shift (Season 1 LoL emulator) releases, and they're immediately hit with a lawsuit that would've destroyed their lives.

People should take this **** seriously and stop these attempts. An educational project for you and your friends is okay, and I encourage it, but thinking of releasing it and making money off of it is stupid.
