how u do it? just luck?
or 3rd program with success scale reading? or what?

There is no programm that increases the success rate etc..

All you need is luck, Premium+, Lucky Dress and if Luck stones still exists: luck stones as well.

other than using it in items u plussing...
does it have effects .. when i have it on items im wearing
like full 11 items with 6lucky on each item that im wearing?

No the luck on other set items does not matter

Well, that's not a bad idea.. apply formally mathematical statistics.

All I know including me do this kind stuffs but no using serious maths.. Something like, "if it fails four times in a row, the probabilities to fail five times are much lower" still probabilities so not always works, but are interesting stuffs for learning

Since Silkroad relies entirely on rand(), you could try to guess the initial seed (server startup time) and then walk through all the rand() results to try and find the current rand "location". After that you can use the rand() results to guess the lucky rate.

Nope nope nope. You're guessing a controlled environment where the % success is not changing and you being the only one using this random. Unreliable let me tell you..

Fun Fact.
A few years back i was playing on RSro Server (Official Russian Silkroad server) and I met 1 guy. He had a Lv42 SOM+5 Staff, but what I did notice, when we hunted down Cerberus together, he used a Lv42 SOS Staff with +9 glow. I asked him to show it but he denied having 1 like that. After a couple hours he decided to show me the staff and for my surprise it was lv42 SOS+24 staff. He didn't tell me how he made it but he was obviously hiding the fact that he had one. So I'm pretty sure he either used a glitch or a 3rd party programme to make it. Later on he failed the staff trying to make it +25.
