C9 Error (Ping timeout) RIBOT

can you give me a fix for this stupid bug?
i cant connect ... if i try to login via clientless it tells me this [20:01:04] C9 Error (Ping timeout)
and since there is no loaded i cant login via client ( which worked before)

still get C9. with or without client.

with loader i can log in, but with clientles no..

i got too only cl but only with one char-.-
now it goes you must write all letters small!!
