Silkroad Account E-mail Verification

Hey I have a question.
I have an account that is e-mail verified.
Now my problem:
I don't receive an e-mail when I want to change my pw.
I don't know why it's web.de
Somebody knows what i can do?

web.de is one of the worst decisions when it comes to verificating Sro accounts. The reason is that web.de aint receiving those mails, and therefore you will never be able to change your PW. A mate from my earlier guild had also a 90+ Wizz verificated on web.de and his account wasnt worth anything since he couldnt change the PW ..

Joymax can send it to an other email if I send they a verification with my web.de email "This is my email and I want to change my pw" ?

Try to send an email to joymax (e-mail service at contact support) may u catch friendly helpdesk who gives something information to you.

Basic English power, so sorry.

My mate also tried to work it out with Joymax but always got a standard answer back that this is not possible.

I remember, i also had an issue with my verificated Bard, i couldnt change the PW cause the verification code hasnt been accepted on joymax.com. So i wrote my issue to Joymax and asked first to set the account back to a not verificated status. They rejected and at next, i wanted another mail adress instead of the one i've been using .. again rejected.

But still i wish you good luck, try to be polite and describe your issue in a former good english and well .. who knows .. you might be the lucky one and get what you seek.

Lols .. no they are koreans, so no they wont respond in german. They speak some proper english, and you have to speak in a good slow english to let them understand your issue..
You got a high lvl Wizz, why dont you farm a new char at ongs, 2M Sp and there you go again
