you must use elixirs there are 4 kind of elixirs (weapon shield Accessory protector) you can get them from mops and you can buy lucky powder so you can have more success rate (from Accessory NPC) each plus have a different glow

you can get level 38 weapons from mobs level 38-41
or you can buy from npc level 32 weapons
