isro iBot issue "Critical error loading main gui form"

I'm getting this error when i try to run iBot.exe although everything else is perfect ive patched the media and ive run the HS server seems running smooth but im getting "Critical error loading main gui form" each time i try to run the bot itself iBot.exe cant figure why or what ive missed
ive dled vcredist and .net framework and libraryfiles and OSX files are registered
everything what am i missing ? HELP !!!
p.s im running Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Recent windows updates may bug ur enviroment.

1. In iBot folder(for example: C:\iBot) create file and name it srodir.ini.

2. Open write your folder where Silkroad is installed(For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Silkroad).

Dont forget the " " if ur path includes spaces.
