Laggy

Silkroad get lot of fps drop in towns,fw even on low/medium settings.My PC psecs are:

AMD Athlon II x4 641 2.8GHz
4 GB of Ram
AMD radeon 6670 HD 1gb

Can someone explain me why i get fps lag ?? Guys from my guild have weaker PCs than mine and they still can play with circle shadows on FW its ****** strange

its because of bad coding as far as i know, sro takes more and more ram over time thus causing FPS lag, it also happens to me, but when i login with bot it doesnt lag though, i have no idea why

So if i try in another server or in iSro it might not be like that? But if its from bad coding why others can play on high settings w/o problems

Put all settings on high, but disable shadows. Shadows drops your FPS by like 5-10. And, if you still lag in towns, hold V.

Thats how i play but its kinda annoying me cuz sometime is get fps drop at pvp area when more ppl come so pressing 'v' and using skills kinda ******.Btw if i play on window mode will it runs better?

yes when you run it on windows mode it will run better, also try setting affinity from your windows task manager.

i suppose you wont know affinity so ill explain it to you. when you open windows task manager, and go in processes and right click sro_client, you can set affinity which decides how many cpus it will run on. so try that

PS: by coding, i mean the game itself not servers.
