I'm experiencing a whole lot of lag lately on the cabal servers lag which i haven't experienced earlier also i have noticed that the cabal servers are pretty much empty lately...is anyone having the same new lag problem ? or is it just me ?

I play on the server LastCo, and i have a client issue. i think my graphics card is old...but i dont want to replace it atm.
because it has a custom client, i cannot select 'High', or 'Standard' quality. because of this the client automatically goes high quality and my FPS goes from 1-20 and it lags like crazy. i have to keep relogging untill the client screws up and the graphics goes a lil retarded (i can see threw some garments etc).
