As we all know, buying a premium ticket will give you preferred access in game no matter what the server traffic. If you have a premium ticket you should be connecting in game without any problem. If that is the case and still disconnecting from the game, reasons are:
1. If you are trying to login when the servers are crowded the game will disconnect you if the server is too full - not a problem if you have premium ticket.
2. SRO is offline, laggy, or the servers are in check temporarily - possible.
3. Reinstall SRO clean folder no edits.
4. Check if you have a strong connection - contact your internet service provider to check on this.
5. Kindly check if your firewall is blocking SRO or something similar.
