Blocked for 3 hours since yesterday evening?!

Hi guys I really need ur help, cuz i cant log into my account anymore

I revice this message: "You have been blocked for 3 hours due to the frequent login failure. Please try again after 3 hours or visit the password search page to lift the block."

I got it already yesterday. i came out of nowhere and i did not change my password before, nor did i type it wrong..

Did you try to connect between this 3 hour?

If I remember you have to wait this there hours without trying to connect during the block.
For example: If you try to connect after 2h and 58min the 3h block will start again.
Also make sure that also a friend will not try to connect during this time.

maybe someone else knows the id and tries to guess the password?

It's because you've entered the password wrong x number of times - try and change your password through the homepage, and it should unblock it.

On the other hand, I didn't even know they blocked people anymore

automatic punishment for account security, they've done some **** regarding security issues. for example: you have to create an "ingame password" when selecting characters.

1. there had been more than 3 hours in which
2. nobody could login into my accoount, because I am the only one who knows the ID
