[Need Help] Adding items to NBC

First i would like to say "Im tired of searching" cuz i searched LOTS about this issue everywhere but didnt find any thread or replay useful
so i hope u try to help me


The problem is [ When i add any line to refshopgoods text (media side) the client keep crashing at the loading screen]


there is some other texts have the same problem but i think if i fixed this all should work fine

I am sure that:
1-the db edited right cuz the game server works fine and if i removed the text (media) edition i can login normaly!

i tried these things but didnt help:
1- adding the same text (from the media) to SMC so SMC is ok too!
2- coping the whole DB [refshopgoods ]table without the lines that have service 0 and added it to the media!

shortly [im sure that Media, DB and SMC are same but still when i added any line to the refshopgoods text client keep crashing at the loading screen]

So any help i will apperciate it

Did the Item exist ?
Did the NPC exist ?
