TSRO (destroying nova)

So I play on TSRO(Taiwan SRO, almost empty server not more than 50players)

If you destroy a nova ring, shouldn't you 100% get a A grade elixir?
(I wasn't aiming for B grade, But I didn't even got an A grade elixir)

you can´t get 12th degree advance elixirs.
you have to destroy 10th degree items for 11th degree elixirs.

WTF?, Then how am i supposed to get 12D items???

upgrade system... no immortal for 12d-13d item u have to use proof stones, and no adv elix for them
