how do i update agbot?

hey, i was wondering i have 2.6.8 version of AGbot


Do i HAVE to upgrade it? Is it needed?


also, if i do have to, i've tried it and all that happens (all my files are in the silkroad folder for the game) is a folder is made, with the update that is titled as "update." Then when i open that AGbot, it comes up with 3 error messages as follows: "item.txt does not exist" "mob.txt does not exist" and "Mopt(or somethin like that idk exactly how it was).txt does not exist.

what's going on? and how do i update it..


i've thought about just deleting my agbot that i have now, and reinstalling the full package so it works. Could i just do that?

u don't HAVE to update, but usually the new version is best. once u download the update u extract it, u get a folder called update, in the recent ones, inside the Update/data folder there is only npc.txt, just copy this to ur agbot /data folder and then copy the rest of the things from the update folder to the agbot folder.

yes u could just reinstall the full package as well. make a copy of ur config folder though, so u don't have to redo ur settings
