Help with Guild Emblem .

Hey is there anyone pro that can make a guild emblem for me ? Because soon my guild hit lvl 4 and i need one the guild name is Espada so well i want something that connects to it as " BLEACH " good anime if someone have seen it ^^ a pic like Ichigo half mask something like that .. well hope someone can help me out with one , appreciate it .
