Full int Spear

Why on level 80 cap full int can survive? whit out snow shield now is not posible die in 1-2 crits no matter set both same set,
and other thing
all that have full int spear (including me) never became bored only pvp 1 min and w8 another and the full str dont need to w8 any min can pvp all time, i like more full ints or hibrids but hope some one give me opinions about this.
