PVP wise I would either go Heuk/Fire/Ice or Bicheon/Light/Ice...
For PVE your build is fine the way it is.

Since your farming in Job temple ( * screenshot ) your best off keeping light IMO..

light is best 
with the mag + from buffs you make more dmg then fire :P

it fully depends on what hes going to do with that character
if your going to pvp, change light to fire ^^
if your going to do other things, keep light^^

Fire is an STR Tree u dunno need it!
use light! with nuker you can use parry rate and mag atk very good!
(if you use the Weapon skills the light buff would help you much more than the phy atk fire buff because you have tons more mag than phy atk...)
Fire is only good if you want an element nuker <--- my Opinion^^

go 110 heuskal 110 fire and a mix of light/cold , best idea imo
just find the degree of snow that you can tank with and keep cold at that lvl

since 110 make 110 spear 110 fire 90 cold and 20 on light for mag attack power since the snow shield is already too high and will drain most MP so only need 55% snow shield is the best for me im 109 FF nuker and im switching to this build its the strongest i guarantee it.

Trust me, I've used both, even re skilled my fire to Light then went vice versa...the light damage is weaker than fire...sometimes they go equal, but fire is stronger but this was on my 7:1 do not know about a full INT, but I guess it will be the same...
