Bard Buff sbot problem

Hi guys! I have problem with bard buffs in euro party

So , my bard use noise and swing march in city well , but when he come to spot , he cant buff and he isnt doing anything.

So , whats wrong? I try relog client , use return scroll ect. Maybe some1 can show me when I should change buff in sbot settings.
