agBot errior

when i open agbot and it crashed and said:

Run-time errior '399'
Component 'cmoctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
can someone give me some suggestion or the solution to dis please?

also the PHBot does the same thing .. i open it and it says Run-time errior '399'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

actually they r still some problems i can't open agBot after i install libraryfiles.
