Okay when i start this Run hackshield thing i get message that java not recognized as an internal or external command<-- anybody know solution?

Install java runtime. When you are not sure which to choose install both x86 and x64.

Just download java runtime environment for your OS and it will work
otherwise you are too stupid to download the right version

i had the same problem and i will give you the solution
1- get the path you have installed your java (mine : C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin ) and copy it
2- right click on my computer and choose properties -----> advanced system settings -----> environment variables
3- in system variables (the lower box ) choose path then click edit
4- past your java path followed by semicolon ( ; ) and dont`t delete any other paths
try it and i will check the topic later to see if made it right or not
