The ???? Error

Hello guys, Im new in these forums and i really need help .. So , i play isro but i get game crashes pretty often... And then ???? error appears. What should i do? is that my video cards fault or something?

P.S. - Already tried to upgrade graphics drivers , sound ones

that ur client crash is a silkroad bug -.-
you cant really do anything...my client crash often 2 :S

You can do something, that it doesnt crashs so often. Sometimes it helps to set Priority to realtime, Get SIlkroad process only one CPU Core, or deactivate Hyperthreading in Bios Options.
But not all works for all CPU types.
