hi , im gonna buy a new pc

Intel Core i5-650 Processor 3,2 GHz
8 GB DDR3 ram
2000 GB Eco Drive Harddisk
ATI Radeon HD5850 grafik 1GB GDDR5

how many client am i able to open ?

1 client will use 300-500MB ram (different if you have high or low graphic quality)
and Bot use a bit ram too -> 50-100 MB
so you will be able to open 10-15 clients.

Or if you have clientless bot (iBot, phBot or Sbot+mod) you can have kinda unlimited chars online =P

with sbot just 15 clients per ip ^^
