ep5 skills?

is there any ep5 server that figured how to fix problem with skills? talking about the fact that u can't upgrade your skills past lvl3.

at this time no. There are no pservers that have skills past lvl 3.

I think Shaiya Unity still runs on ep4

Exile is still EP4. I wont ever go EP5 until I get the skills working correctly.

if read correctly exile has EM mode which is same exp as on OS and pvp is on pve maps and dungeons?
