If those are EP4 database codes then these will be erroneous armours. You can wear them, they are shown correctly but the description, name and properties are not. Those seem to be put there for testing. You'd need EP5 DB, EP5 client and EP5 ID's to see them properly.

oh..,and where can we find those?

All, except ID's can be found here. Just go through PS_GameDefs.dbo.Items table to check for armours.
