[HELP] All Effects On/Off (not command! )

Hello to everyone.

I came up with an idea and decided to do it.
I wanted to add more effects to Effect on / off in Settings. I found the offsets, but I don't know how to add more effects. Options only change for weapon effect. But I want add all effects. Not only weapon effect.
I need help with that.
How can i make?
