Game effects on windows 10

Since I use windows 10 some effects look like this.



Does the same thing happen to someone? With windows 7 looks normal.

I have the same issue, running windows 10 64bit.
My other laptop running windows 8, doesn't do this.

I had the same problem, but I didn't compare if it also occurs on a different OS.

To be honest, I only noticed this after heavy client editing, so I might have messed something up.
