I've seen that many people's screen is so large, mine is so small. Can anyone give me the file from which Graphic Resolution will become large? Ex:

This resolution is a small one (Where 2 skills bar cant fit at 1 side)

and in this video

the 2 skills bar can fit at 1 place, can anyone tell me how can I get the big resolution like the YT video?

Not sure what do you mean with this, can you explain? If you mean playing in full-screen mode it is simply using the configuration file...

What you're looking at isn't just someone playing on a different resolution than you, it's someone playing on a widescreen monitor.
I'm inclined to just say buy a widescreen monitor and the resolution would essentially sort itself out /shrug
