Can't Stop This Service.

Hello.
I cant stop this service if this cant i cant make my server
Task Manager

I right click > Stop Service and i get this error

Can anyone help me with this?!

to stop this service run shaiya_svc_remove_all.bat in the batch folder.

if you don't have that then you can simply create a new bat file by opening notepad and pasting in this.

net stop ps_session
net stop ps_userLog
net stop PSM_AgentClient
