Items - Not Authorized To Create

Upon looking over the forums, I only found 2 postings on this issue and neither were solved. I don't know what's causing the issues as it just started happening but the Item.SData and the Items table both match and yet the issue persists. There's also an issue in a log file where it says 'RandomOption Error' on ItemID's as well as a 'mob item drop info load error'.

If people don't answer it's because they have answered before..

Now did you give yourself full admins powers via the database? You'd be supprised how much people don't do that.
