Create items on the new C# emu

well i though u might wanna know since lyzerk didnt whrite this.

for example /MAKEITEM ITEM_CH_TBLADE_09_C_RARE 7
is a 76 sun +7 glavie..
TBLADE = Glavie
BLADE = Blade
Bow = Bow
Shield = Shield
Sword = Sword
The C (_C_) is sosun so A = sos B = som C = sun
Rare = Sox
so /MAKEITEM ITEM_CH_TBLADE_09_C 7 is an 85 +7 blade
if you dont add RARE it will be the lvls of the wep
so A = lvl 76 B = lvl 80 C = lvl 85
