Hey guys, heres a Video Tutorial to help you create your NPC.

Heres a few side notes I forgot to put in it. I used the NPC model number 42 but you can use the one you want, but dont use # 1 cause its a dog and hes really hard to click on, I had to redo the tutorial cause of that dog ;p...

Pressing the Thanks button will keep me making Video Tutorials, but if I dont get enough thanks I'll end up removing them...

I will remake the Updater one when I get the chance, I just got sick resolution now so have fun !

Thanks for the Video tutorial, I just figured all of that out last night after fiddling and reading for about an hour lol. Though when I use my CMD it seems to not recognize when I put Map_csv 42 or Map_svmap 42.

I just edit the .Bat and run it to get it to work ^^.

No... you will not get thanks from me, for this, I just, just no. You're fishing for thanks and blackmailing as said by ec, hmm my vote is don't bother making them if you're not in it for helping people, if your in it for helping people, make em, if your just fishing for thanks and not here to help the community, you can take it elsewhere.

Lmao, if you two would be smart enough to look up my posts, and see if I do my best to answer questions in here, and if I post just to up my post count you would realize that I don't post crap... I only post to answer others question or help. I also posted a few question.

I don't mind that you two don't press thanks because I know you didn't need this tutorial since you already knew how to create one.

Im not blackmailing. I'm asking for ppl to press thanks if I in fact helped or showed them how to do it.

I got enough thanks not to remove it cause I know that I helped alot of ppl... Its not fun for ppl like lilprohacker and Profnew... and even you Ariez when you make important and helpful post and no one or the ones that you help don't even take the 1 sec it takes to press it and there you are taking 10min or sometimes over hours to make yourself useful to others.

Am I looking for ranks? no... I don't even know what the ranks are. Nor do I know how many it takes. You Ariez wanna be Guardian... I don't even know what it does or is. But its fine with me.

in this folder upload UpdateVersion.ini

OMFG i totaly fill like a nub right now i found my problem thanks to you it was a typo in UpdateVershion i put Updater not Update TY so much its now patching perfect

Not to interrupt your guy's amazing conversation you have going here but lol...

Might be a noob question but how far can you go when saying creating NPC's, placing guards on maps, making new items WITHOUT needing an updater? I assume with the NPC's you need it correct?

Well you can create all NPC you want without an updater, the problem is others wont be able to use them.

Ok I see, and well I've edited like the NPCQuest.Sdata earlier and followed the steps and when I restarted the "Game" function wouldn't stay >>. So I had to manually replace the SData with the original unedited one, along with the map 42. Any reason why the game didn't work after I edited it?

Yea, probly because, In your server folder /PSM_Client/Bin/Data The npcquest here needs to be decrypted, and the one you import in your game needs to be encrypted, try that ;p

Ah ok so it stays unencrypted when placing it there but when importing it back into the data.sah it goes encrypted. Thanks I will try it.
