[Release] Episode 5.4 Packet Based Dupe FIX

Hello E*PVP
As the request of someone, I edited our new ps_dbagent. So you'll now be able to have episo 5.4 server with this exe fixed like with the lilprohacker's one.

I done it like LPH did in his episo 4 one. So all credits go to him. For the proc sure too.

I just tried this on my 5.4 server and found a problem after adding it to the server files and running the sql script I started all services enter the game and the game was no longer reading my points from the database so I removed the work I just did and went back to my old versions and points was reading again not sure if anyone else may have ran into this problem

after looking in my current file I found the info on 00068940 and ending on 000689c0 but all my current info is the same with out editing it so I guess it doesn't matter

ok so befor i added this i had my ingame mall working i was able to buy with out 11+ d/c but now after adding the changed db_agent and proc i get item not located on that spot any ideas why
