[How to] Custom your interface

Hi everyone.
Sorry if you know this tut before. I saw many post shared custom interface, icon,...
So i decide to share my knowledge how to make custom interface.
You need photoshop (recommend lowest is CS3) and TGA plug in for photoshop:
