Check your MSSQL setting going back to pause is almost a problem with the server unable to connect to the database.

make sure your IP's were enabled and you can connect to your SQL server.
chekck the logs and they probably say something about unable to connect to database

When you say "they are not installed" what are the files that were not installed. Knowing the names of the files that were not installed could help me diagnose the source quicker the next time this happens.

Alternate way is to run
C:ShaiyaServer\SERVER\PSM_Server\PSMServer_Service Mgr.exe Click Install and then run. Then
C:ShaiyaServer\SERVER\PSM_Client\PSM_ServiceMgr.ex e and make sure all are installed and at least PSM_AgentClient is started. Good Luck

nothing wrong with 2005 but i feel that 2008r2 express is better. mabe just me but it runs like s charm for me. i gave up on sql 2005 heheh

Hey omega im having a problem im start the Psm Sever mgr and when i start them all they go back to pause i tried starting them manually but they just go back to pause. what should i do?

when i try to login on the admin account, it all works but when i select game server it says "cannot connect to game server!!!!" i did the ip right so can someone help me where to look?

It happen the same with me, but I found a problem by searching thru this forum.
1) You have to disable /vchkoff in the log in server and disable /nprotectoff in the game server.

2) You need to change all the address in the game.exe by using HEX edit.
