Have I ever mentioned that you're a ***? No? Well, I have now.
Edit:
One small error (and I've never run into this before with any program). Every time I try to move it (by clicking on the title bar and dragging it around) it lags all to hell and doesn't move.
I'm using Windows XP SP2; my computer refuses to install SP3 Q.Q

Alright, I've updated the tool to show all the files. currently only single file extraction and importing is enabled.

what do i do now? i did this in a private server and opened the data file and shows the files inside it. what do i edit and where and how?

dude he told you how to do it you need the program listed and you need to run the program as an admin on the computer then you can extract and import files

Why is this useful?
When Shaiya has many patches applied the data file becomes fragmented and messy. Using this tool along with the Data SAF Extractor Chinese Tool you can make a "CLEAN" Data file that can be used as if the Shaiya version was just installed. This will lead to better performance and smaller file sizes.
This also could be used to re-combine modified data files as well, such as new model, textures etc (would be client-sided though).
It does NOT include the CRC file...
