for those who had the same problem as me, I had to do the following:

First access SQL Server Management> Server Objects> Linked Servers> and check the banks' passwords must be Shaiya123

Then go in the folder C: \ ShaiyaServer \ SERVER \ PSM_Client \ Bin \ Config and check all files. Ini, where you must have GamePublicIP=127.0.0.1

For me this solved!

But now the problem is another, if anyone knows and can help me...

ALL NAME ALREADY IN USE lol

re attach database ? hmm .. this is it ?

1-Open SQL Server Managment Studio
2-Right click on "DataBases" and "Attach"
3-Look for your database files
4-Now click on "Add" and look for your DataBase Files
5-Add all the DataBase Files needed
6-Press the "OK" button and wait for all the databases to get attached

My screen .. I dont know what i need :/

Yes that should be it Certik, atleast i would think so. I use a different version of sql to you, so it is slightly different for me.

And ricardo, again for the 3rd time in a row.

Do you just enjoy me doing that or something? comeon, start using the search tool people, it isnt rocket science.

LOL Welcome to Rocket Science 101 with Professor Omega.
First we are going to learn the Basics.

Yea, try take all the databases off (Gamedefs, Gamedata and so on)
then attach them back in. With clean, fresh, working ones

And Omega... i pressed that big button on the front of my computer and the screen went all back and said "shutting down"

I thinks i got an unknown error or something.. can you helps me?? :P

But i have new proble same as ricardo-hb
so i use step "First access SQL Server Management> Server Objects> Linked Servers> and check the banks' passwords must be Shaiya123" but what i change pass .. so is unchanged and will remain the same as before :/ ...

Oh, you must be on one of those mystical "lap top's" Jet... Jesus.. i think we're gunna need to call in some more experts to help with one of those.. anyone wanna write a 101 for laptops?

/vchkoff under loggin
and
/nprotectoff under game

Ohh ive heard about those mystical things...there pretty **** new to me so we will have to call in the big guns now

And Certik check all ini's are correct too...restart server might help dont forget to put /vchkoff and /nprotectoff when you restart aswell.
