Hello, I've encountered a strange quirk with the capes while working with Shaiya Essentials ep6. For some reason, all capes are stretched to meet the length of the character, resulting in the capes nearly clipping into the ground. This makes the capes look very odd, when they should normally be a good deal shorter. I've attached an Image that shows this issue on a character. Can anyone please describe how to fix this issue? I'm sorry if this is a simple fix, I'm very new to this.

enchant it to 1: 546-572. enchant it to 2: 553-559. enchant it to 3: 62853- 62879. enchant it to 4: 534-560. as you see the enchantment is all messed up, it goes up way higher and the higher you enchant sometimes it even goes lower instead of higher. any ideas? i was thinking it could be the ItemEnchant.ini but i didnt see anything wrong in there, please help me resolve this as i have never experienced any bug like...
