Need help to make an Item Usable

to the first Sorry for my Bad English.

i Have any Troubles to Make an Item Usable on my Private Testig-Server

I Want to make an New Item Usable in the Item Group 44.
For Example we Take the Item 44 136 which is the Item "S" From the Shaiya Word.

How to make this Item Usable and geht For Example StorePoints (AP) .

The Trigger is already included with the ActionTypt 112 which means to Use The Item.
