Server Disconnect (windows server)

Hi, may i ask if someone already encounter this problem?
about server disconnect because of windows server?
because few days ago on my new windows server i got server dc problem sometimes without any problem on logs. also in few hours no more dc problem.. so i think on windows server problem not on files..

i test on 2 windows server with same files i use on shaiya server..
on my old windows server (vps) no problem i get.. only on this new windows server i use.. so i want to know if any someone encounter this problem too..
so i can ask how to fixed it?

if anyone can answer this.. im glad.. also if someone can help me to fixed this kind of problem im happy to give you a big thank you...

yes.
i run shaiya server on that 2 vps and on my other vps (windows server) dont have any DC problem when click Select Server

but on my 2nd vps got DC problem sometimes without any log problems then back to normal if i restart the vps and wait few hours... so i think the problem is on windows server that gives disconnect problem on my shaiya server..
