lapisia does not increase attack

I put the lapisia on the gun but it does not increase the attack, does anyone know how to solve this?

i think this is visual bug from your game.exe, this solution change your game.exe or if you use ep 6.3 game.exe try

you need change the value with HxD, press "Ctrl + G" and search for these values below.
