HOW TO: Shaiya Server - 2018

For newcomers... This is an old thread (2018) so it is outdated. The guide still works, but you can do this with the newest versions of SQL. This guide is also for SERVER SIDE only. For running the game, in general, you will need to find and Download a Client which matches the Server files you are using.

As for Essentials, this is a great start up, but these files are so bugged, they need a LOT of work. Most people I know who used them, end up buying Proper files.

I am not saying do not use Essentials, They are a very excellent way to start up and learn Shaiya without having to pay anything. It also comes with a Client. But as I said, it is going to take A LOT of work and fixes to make a decent server out of.
